How long will my order take to arrive?

The delivery time varies depending on your location! Rest assured,
our packing process is swift, and you can expect to receive your parcel's
tracking details within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.

DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA POST (Australia)

Australian domestic standard: 3–5 business days 

Australian domestic express: 1–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NZ and all other countries)

International express: 3–5 business days

Standard international USA: 6–10 business days

How do I lodge a return for my order?

If you'd like to proceed with an return or exchange, please do so within 14 days of purchase.

Please email info@messiniamuse.com with your order number, your reason for return and the names of the items you wish to return.

As per our Returns Policy, we only offer Store Credits, which can then be used to purchase your preferred size/style. If you want any help on sizing or styling using your Store Credit, just get in touch. We’re happy to help!

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping.

What do I do if my item is faulty and/or doesn't arrive?

We do our best to be thorough with each item we pack, but we're all human, and occasionally, errors occur. If you discover that your item is damaged or missing, please don't hesitate to inform us. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Email us at info@messiniamuse.com with your order number within seven (7) days of receiving your delivery. Our team will promptly arrange a replacement for you.
  2. Alternatively, if the issue is minor and you're willing to keep the item to avoid shipping costs, we will provide you with a 50% discount code that you can use on any full-priced item/s in our store.
  3. Please note that we cannot accept any claims for faults that occur after six (6) months.
  4. Upon receiving your email, we will guide you through the process of handling the faulty item, including providing you with a return label.
  5. Once we receive the item at our headquarters, our team will inspect it and confirm the faults. Once confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.
  6. If the faulty item is no longer available in stock, we will contact you to offer the choice of a store credit to select an alternative product.
  7. In the event that we unintentionally missed an item in your order, please get in touch with us within seven (7) days of receiving your order, along with proof of the missing item, such as a photograph of the order and packing slip. We will promptly send you the correct item/s.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.

How do I look after my swimsuit?

To ensure the long-lasting quality of your Messinia Muse pieces, the following processes will allow you to clean your pieces without damaging the product.

  1. Gently hand wash your swimwear in fresh cold water with a mild cleanser promptly after use.
  2. After rinsing, either hang your pieces or lay them flat on a clean surface in the shade. Ensure they are shielded from direct sunlight and kept away from rough surfaces.
  3. Store your swimwear only after it is entirely dry.
